We give a satisfaction guarantee for all our services. If you are not satisfied with the result, you have the right to come for a repair service of the same value free of charge within a week (7 days). For the repair service, you can come to any shop to the barber of your choice. You can make an appointment by phone or come directly to our shop without an appointment. When booking the time, please mention that it is repair work and bring the receipt from your last visit.
If you are not satisfied with the guarantee service, please send us a message with the above feedback form with details and we will refund your money back. If necessary, we will ask for some pictures in order to be able to go through the issue internally.
