We give all our services a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you have the right to come for a repair service of the same value free of charge within a week (7 days). For the repair service, you can come to any shop to the barber of your choice. You can make an appointment by phone or come directly to our store without an appointment. When booking the time, please mention that it is repair work and bring the receipt from your last visit.

If you are not satisfied with the repair service, please contact customer service using the form below and you will get your money back. Please attach a description of what happened to the feedback and, if necessary, we will ask for photos, which will help us to deal with the matter constructively with the barber.
