Booking conditions

• You can also come without an appointment, but we recommend making an appointment because we always serve those who have made an appointment first
• You can make an appointment through the appointment system on our website 24/7 or by calling the store during store opening hours
• The appointment is always binding
• Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start of the appointment
• Cancellations/transfers of appointments should preferably be made one day (24 hours) and no later than 12 hours in advance
• Through the booking confirmation, you can cancel your appointment when there is at least 24 hours, for changes under 24 hours, we ask that you always call the shop directly. If you cannot contact the store, you can contact customer service here.
• We charge a fee according to the price list for unused or non-cancellable appointments
• Repeated (2-3x) unused appointments lead to a booking ban
• We do not accept cash. Card payments, mobilepay and pre-purchased gift cards and serial cards are payment methods in our stores.
