The shop is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00. You can book your appointment online or walk in whenever a barber is available.

Takeoff offers professional men's haircuts, beard trims, beard shaping and traditional American shaves. Every haircut includes a hair wash and relaxing scalp massage, and coffee or tea is included with GROOM services. You can also buy professional hair and beard products during your visit.
Payment is available by debit or credit card, MobilePay and prepaid GROOM gift or serial cards. GROOM Takeoff does not accept cash.

Herttoniemi is one of East Helsinki's main transport hubs. GROOM Takeoff is within walking distance of Herttoniemi metro station, with metro connections towards Helsinki city centre as well as eastern Helsinki. The area is also served by several bus routes.
Shopping Center Hertsi is also only a few minutes away from the barbershop. Hertsi describes Herttoniemi metro station as approximately a five-minute walk from the shopping centre, making it easy to combine a haircut with shopping, lunch or other errands in the area.
For cyclists, Hertsi has bicycle parking at its entrances and city bike stations are available on Hitsaajankatu and Hiihtäjäntie.
Parking near GROOM Takeoff
If you arrive by car, there is parking in the Herttoniemi area. A useful nearby option is Shopping Center Hertsi's parking garage, which has approximately 650 parking spaces. The first two hours are currently free, after which parking is charged by the hour. Hertsi also has charging points for electric vehicles.
I would deliberately write “nearby parking is available” rather than promise parking directly outside Takeoff. That wording will age much better.
